Diagnosis: Erectile dysfunction of organic origin.
Complaints: weak rigidity of the erection for sexual intercourse.
Vasoactive drugs without the expected effect.
When palpated, the cavernous bodies are elastic. On the ICEF-5 scale — 14 points.
Operation: implantation of a penile prosthesis Titan Touch Coloplast
Patient, 35 y.o
Diagnosis: Erectile dysfunction of psychogenic origin.
Complaints: inability to maintain an erection after the start of sexual intercourse.
Taking vasoactive drugs does not improve the condition.
When palpated, the cavernous bodies are elastic. On the ICEF scale-5-10 points.
Operation: implantation of penile prosthesis AMS 700 LGX IZ.
